Open Edge Browser and open Settings by clicking on three dots on the top right hand-side corner.

Click on “Choose what to clear”. Edge clearing Browsing History window will open. You will see the options with checkboxes to select, what to delete and what to keep. List is below:

Browsing History – This section consists of the Web Pages that you visited. Edge stores URL along with the name of websites on your hard drive. Cookies and saved website data – Cookies are small text files which can consist of login credentials, user-specific preferences, if any. Cached data and files – Every Web Page has multiple files and source code, all saved from server while loading the websites, it is known as Cached data Download history – Every downloaded file is stored by Edge to keep a track of what is downloaded via browser. The information comprises of the filename as well as the URL where the download was made. Form data- Form Data is information filled while visiting website like e-mail address and credentials. Passwords – Passwords saved for sites. Media licenses – PlayReady/Digital Rights Management content licenses. Pop-up exceptions – Exception list of websites that can send a pop-up on your browser. Location permissions – Exception list of websites that has permission to pick your location. Full screen permissions – List of websites that can automatically open in full-screen mode. Compatibility permissions – List of websites that have the permission to open Edge Browser.

Once you have selected and decided what stays and what needs to be removed, you can click on Clear, which will delete the selected options.
